Chairman and CEO of Wellness Layers since 2002, Amir is a veteran of the Internet healthcare market. Prior to Wellness Layers, Amir was SoftWatch’s Chairman and CEO, establishing SoftWatch as a leading provider of web-based CRM solutions for the global healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Amir has twenty years of management experience, including software management positions at EFI (NASDAQ:EFI) and the Israeli Defense Forces. He has also served as a Researcher at Yale University Computer Science Department. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Yale University.

Overseeing Wellness Layers' site operations and corporate client relationships since 2004, Elad is a veteran consumer services and business development executive. Prior to Wellness Layers, Elad served at SoftWatch as a lead Group Manager at SoftWatch’s Professional Services division, supervising projects for Fortune 500 companies like Medscape consumer portal and Abbott. Previously he was responsible for the management and operations of Tower Records stores in Israel, and also served as a business development executive at SGS, a European based business development company.

Serving as Wellness Layers’ VP R&D since 2005, before joining the company, Ami was R&D Manager for Scepia, Israel’s largest Internet development company. At Scepia Ami oversaw all development and technology innovation services for over
70 large industrial and government websites. Prior to that, Ami served as Location Manager of the development center of Elity Inc, a US rule engine software company. Ami had 10 years of prior experience in Internet development and management of software development at Eliogram, a subsidiary of company RGTI Inc, a warehouse management solutions provider. Ami holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.

With over 20 years in formal business, Robert has distinguished himself as a leader, working with national and international organizations, building both infrastructure and identity, and has successfully started his own companies.  Robert believes in building successful organizations from the inside out. He feels that the people make the organization, not the products they represent and, Robert works to help employees achieve maximum potential and strive toward personal best.  Robert lives in Southern California with his family and enjoys athletic activities, travel and is an avid student in the fields of personal productivity, management and marketing.   Robert is an alumnus of California State University, Long Beach and Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Business Management.

Manager, Wellness Layers Nutrition ServicesJennifer is a Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist who holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Health from Purdue University. She also holds two M.Sc. degrees from Indiana University in Applied Health Science. Jennifer’s creativity has been utilized in the development of many newsletters, articles, and educational materials as well as media appearances.

Karen has an extensive background in writing, editing and marketing, with previous experience in the publishing, education and advertising fields.  She has written and edited for numerous websites and has created a wide range of marketing collateral for hi-tech, real estate, and other commercial sectors.  Prior to joining Wellness Layers, she served as Marketing Manager for an educational publishing company. Karen received a BA in History with Honors from UCLA.
